September 15

- Danforth is off site until materials arrive

- Inspected the masonry work above the HS music wing windows.  Contractor cleaned the residual mortar from the new brick installed.

- The mason contractor properly cleaned the vertical joints on the exterior wall to the HS music wing adjacent to the window work.  All areas identified in the base bid are complete.

- Bethany Tech. installed the athletic complex cameras.  There are a total of three cameras along the concession stand.

- Danforth has committed to the week of September 22nd to install the two classroom coils located in room 164.

- Call was placed with Bethany Tech. regarding the anticipated HS auditorium speaker installation.  Outside groups have requested the auditorium next month.

- Brick sealer will be purchased (Protectosil) to provide an additional layer of protection on the west side exterior wall at the HS.  Product is warrantied for 20 years.  Walls will be sealed by the maintenance department.

September 16

- Reviewed Danforth's pay application for the month of September.  Their firm is requesting 100% pay out which I did not approve.  The reasoning for not approving the document was sent to CPL with my justification.
