Weather: Sunny with cooler temperatures in the morning reaching upper 60's

- Cogenic announced that the control contractor will need the remainder of this week to complete the control wiring for the new pool unit.  They under estimated the necessary time to complete the wiring.

-Accumulation of water within the new pool unit was discovered this morning.  After opening all the access doors to inspect the pool unit versus the submittal and drawings, each door was discovered to be covered in water.  The water is ponding on the units floor panels in several locations.  Pictures of the concern were taken.  Cogenic was immediately called regarding the problem.  The unit is not running at this time.

- Action Roofing is not on site today.

Weather: Cooler temperatures in the high 60's with sunshine throughout the day.

-Action Roofing is not on site today

- The controls contractor did not show up today for the new pool unit.  A call was placed with Cogenic on the controls contractor not completing their work.  A reminder on the pool opening of October 5th was provided to Cogenic.  Keith Chapman was to contact Siemens on having a technician on site tomorrow.

- Frey Technologies was on site continuing the cleaning of the pool liner.

September 25, 2013

Weather: Cooler weather in the morning with temperatures reaching mid 60's by the afternoon.

- Action Roofing was not site today

- Frey Technologies worked for 1-hour this morning.  One of the employees fell in the pool while cleaning.  They are required to stop working with only one employee due to the chemicals their using to clean the pool liner.

- Siemens arrived on site today to start the control wiring to the pool unit.

September 26, 2013

Weather: Cool temperatures in the morning with sunshine.  Temperatures reached the low 70's by mid afternoon with a slight overcast by 3:00pm.

- Action Roofing was not on site today

- Frey Technologies was on site. They continued their work in the pool area cleaning the liner.  The new valves, drain covers, and solenoids were delivered today for the pool filter room.

- Siemens was on site and continued their wiring of energy management devices for the new pool unit.

September 27, 2013

Weather: Overcast in the morning with cooler temperatures.  Temperatures reached low 70's by mid afternoon.

- Action Roofing is not on site today.  They are returning on Monday to start the perimeter edge metal.  Their plan is to stay on site all next week.

- Siemens is on site continuing their work on terminating the control wiring to the field devices.  The programmer is scheduled to arrive this afternoon to install the energy management program for the pool unit on the maintenance departments existing energy management system.
