Weather: Cool temperatures in the mid 50's. Rain started later in the afternoon with a slight breeze.
- Action roofing started on the edge metal over the maintenance wing. Their work was halted once the wind and rain arrived by mid-afternoon.
- Cogenic was not on site

Weather: Cool morning with temperatures slowly warming into the mid 60's
- Action Roofing was not on site today
- Cogenic was not on site today
- Frey Technologies arrived today to start their work on the pool sand filters. Each of the valves within the sand filter area were removed. The sand was physically removed with new sand installed.
- Frey technologies agreed to hold off on cleaning the pool area until next Monday permitting Action Roofing the time they need to complete their demolition work.

Weather: Cooler temperatures, sunny, reaching the low 70's
- Action Roofing was not on site today
- Cogenic was not on site
- Frey Technologies was on site removing the sand filters to the pool filter room. A vacuum truck was utilized to remove all old sand. The valves below the traps were inspected and found in good condition. The Frey Technology representative stated that the sand was fully contaminated and was ready to be replaced. The normal time frame to replace the sand filters is 10-years. Our filters are currently 11 years.

Weather: Sunny with temperatures in the mid 70's
- Action Roofing started removing the last section of roofing on the pool room. They anticipate one more day of demolition work to complete the roof project. A total of 40 square of roofing remains.
- The roofers found the insulation around the old PoolPak curb was completely saturated. They had to take extra steps to day out the existing decking prior to installing the new roofing products.
- The top of the block wall between the gym and pool was wet after their demolition. This could have been as a result of the PoolPak not running over the last 30 days.
- Frey Technologies was not on site today.
- Cogenic did have Siemens on site today to start installing the energy management devices within the new pool unit. These devices will enable the maintenance staff to customize and monitor conditions within the pool unit and pool area to maximize efficiency.

Weather: Overcast in the morning with sunny appearing later in the morning with temperatures in the low 70's
- Action Roofing removed the last section of roofing around the new pool unit. Again, the existing insulation around the pool unit curb was completely saturated. Extra steps were taken to dry out the decking prior to installing the new roofing products. The roof is weather tight by the end of the day
- The roofers had a crane arrive today to remove all excess products and materials not needed for the roof considering the demolition work is complete. Their remaining work consists of flashing and installing perimeter edge metal which starts next week.
-Frey Technologies was on site today working on the pool mechanical room. New stone and sand media was installed in the sand filters. This work was complete by the end of the day.
- The pool gate valves and mechanical arms were inspected prior to reinstallation. Each was found to be in good condition and was reinstalled.
- Siemens Building technology was on site to start the wiring of each point within the new pool unit.

- None of the contractors worked today due to the amount of rain inf the forecast.
