October 26

- Massa cancelled the concrete pour scheduled for the HS front entrance sidewalk leading to Watkins Ave.  The work has been rescheduled for tomorrow.

- SJB testing services were cancelled for the day.

- The asphalt remediation work continues behind the HS gymnasium.  They plan on have all the asphalt and stone base removed today.

- Asphalt installation behind the HS gymnasium is scheduled for this Friday.

- The bus loop asphalt milling is scheduled for Thursday.  The new asphalt will be installed on Friday.

- Continued to troubleshoot classroom phones throughout the district.  In contact with Relcomm regarding faculty concerns.

- Massa poured a load of concrete in between the new curb and the bus loop asphalt as filler instead of crusher.

October 27

- Massa cancelled the concrete pour scheduled for the HS front entrance sidewalk.

- SJB testing services were cancelled.

- List of faculty and staff concerns with the phone system was tabulated and sent to Relcomm last week.  In contact with Relcomm who assured their technicians will be on site on Thursday to resolve the issues.

- Massa started landscaping along the sidewalks to the Elem bus loop.

- All equipment belonging to Massa previously stored in the Elem bus loop was relocated to the gravel parking lot adjacent to the HS in preparation for the asphalt milling.

October 28

- Due to inclement weather, Massa removed excess stone and soil from stone parking lot adjacent to the softball field and left for the day.

October 29

- Cogenic is on site today installing the new electronic actuators for the HS boiler room make up air dampers.  Programming of the devices connecting them to the districts energy management system will occur tomorrow.

- Cogenic verified the new chlorinator layout for the HS pool.

- Massa installed the flag pole in the center of the Elem bus loop.  A new 5' x 5' concrete pad was poured.

- Landscaping around the Elem. sidewalk continued in preparation for reopening of bus loop on Monday.

- The Elem. bus loop asphalt was milled.  Asphalt will arrive tomorrow to finish off the bus loop.

- Relcomm was on site to start their punchlist work on the district wide phone system.  Several issues were resolved during their visit.  The new teleconference units were installed in each facility for group conference calls.

- The stage curtain vendor is scheduled to arrive tomorrow to verify the dimensions at the Elem auditorium.

- The terrazzo contractor is scheduled to visit the HS next week to measure and price out the repairs listed in the project.

- Contacted Billitier Elect. on the Elem flag pole installation so the new solar powered LED could be installed.

- A email was sent out to the administrators listing the upcoming capital project tasks over the next 7 days.  Requested information be sent out to the faculty and staff for their information.

October 30

- Asphalt arrived for the Elem bus loop.  Work is completed for the bus loop with exception to finish landscaping.  The bus loop traffic will resume on Monday.

- Construction barricades were removed along the Elem bus loop and grass.  Barricades will remain in the bus loop entrance until Monday permitting the asphalt to cure.

- Siemens is on site to program the HS boiler room electronic actuators to the energy management system.

- SJB was scheduled for Tuesday for concrete testing at the HS.  The front entrance sidewalk, several sidewalk pads adjacent to the science wing will be poured that day.

- The stage curtain vendor did not show up to verify the Elem auditorium curtains.
