Weather: Sunny with temperatures in the upper 60's

- Cogenic and Siemens were on site today.  Cogenic brought the air balancer for the new pool unit.  He discovered that several of the pool diffusers were either closed or partially open.  The contractor indicated that the air flow was severely restricted under the PoolPak. 

- Siemens coordinated his programming of the VFD's, fan speed, mixed air output, outside air damper, and return air fan with the air balancer.

- The air balancing contractor discovered that the return fan was wired backwards due to minimal CFM.  Keith Chapman rewired the unit which permitted the balancer to continue his work.

- The timeline for the punchlist items was discussed with Cogenic.  They will provide manpower tomorrow to work on the open issues.

- The Frey Technology issues were briefly discussed.  A meeting with their representatives is set for October 17th at 2:00 pm to discuss the districts concerns and remedial plan.
