Weather:  Freezing temperatures in the AM, warming up to mid 30's by afternoon

General Roofing

- 6 roofers on site

- Perimeter edge metal started on the Jr. High wing

- Material and equipment was removed from the roof and hauled off site

Highland Masonry

- Two masons on site

- Punchlist work at the HS started.

- HS sills outside cafeteria and maintenance wing were completed

Willett Builders

- Contractor not on site

- Insulator on site to finish AHU #1 pipe insulation

November 21, 2017

Weather:  Cooler morning warming up to low 50's by the afternoon

General Roofing

- 6 roofers on site

- The Jr. High perimeter edge metal is finished.

- The parapet walls were competed with termination strips and edge metal.

- Set a date with Brock Alexander to walk the roof for next week.  Point out discrepancies and log punchlist concerns before the snow starts to accumulate.

- The expansion joint on the Elem. roof was installed

Highland Masonry

- 2 masons on site

- Continued punchlist work at the HS

- Damaged brick above the maintenance garage door completed

- The sealant around the HS louver where NG lines are located completed

- Discussed starting the Elem. sills and which rooms would be affected.  The faculty for those rooms were notified.  

Willett Builders

- Contractor not on site

- Insulator had 1-hour worth of work in the penthouse

- Sub- contractor arrived to partially fill both condensing units with refrigerant.

November 22, 2017

Weather:  Cooler temperatures in the upper 20's, warming up to the low 30's by mid afternoon.

General Roofing

- 6 roofers on site

- Raised the curbs for the Elem. stairwell skylight and personnel access hatch. 

- Grounds were cleaned and debris removed from roof in preparation for the holiday break.

Highland Masonry 

- 3 masons on site

- Work started on the Elem window sills

- A total of five sills were removed
