Weather:  Cool & icy temperatures warming up to mid 30's by the afternoon

General Roofing

- Five roofers on site

- Detail work on the cafeteria/kitchen roof exhaust fans and skylights started.

- General Roofing is expected to keep their contract open to the spring of 2016 for landscaping

Highland Masonry

- Four masons are on site

- The remaining Elem. Aud. brick wall was opened exposing the thru-wall flashing overlaps.  The flashing received additional mastic.  All joints were inspected prior to water test.

- Water test on the exposed flashing took place in the afternoon.  Each joint passed with no leaks into the corridor below.

- Vertical joints at the HS science wing underwent restoration.

- Contractor will be ready for a punchlist on the HS facility by Friday.  Meeting set for 9am on Nov. 17

- They still anticipate their work will be completed by the end of Nov.

Willett Builders

- One HVAC tech on site.  He started and finished the new victaulic fittings for the circulation pump in the Elem. maintenance shop.

- Contractor plans on keeping the contract open until the spring of 2016 to properly test the new condensing units when the facility has a proper heat load.

November 14, 2017

Weather:  Overcast, cool temperatures in the mid 40's

General Roofing

- 6 roofers on site

- Detail work continued on the cafeteria/kitchen roof

- Metal is expected to arrive today

Highland Masonry

- Elem Aud. brick wall was refilled.  Contractor needs to repair the damaged vertical sealant joints as a result of the brick removal.

- Caulking of the vertical joints along the teachers lounge at the HS started.

- Minor caulking on vertical joints and window sills continued in preparation for the punchlist.

November 15, 2017

Weather: Overcast and cool with temperatures in the low 40's

General Roofing

- 6 roofers on site

- Contractor started installing the perimeter edge metal on the kitchen/cafeteria.

- Perimeter edge metal was installed along the teachers lounge roof line

- Contractor indicated they are 100% complete with the cafeteria/kitchen roof & the teachers lounge roof

Highland Masonry

- 3 masons on site

- Walked the HS facility and completing all punchlist work in preparation for the Nov. 17th walk through

Willett Builders

- Contractor not on site

- Frank called indicating that Siemens will be on site tomorrow in attempt to get AHU #2 operating

November 16, 2017

Weather:  Rain, overcast and cool temperatures in the mid 30's

General Roofing

- 6 roofers on site

- Extra material was removed from the roof and around the facility and placed in the gravel lot.

- Dumpster was moved by upper playground to avoid any further damage to the grounds

- Detail work and perimeter edge metal was installed on the locker room and gym storage room roof.

Highland Masonry

- Contractor was on site for a few hours and left

Willett Builders

- Contractor not on site

- Siemens arrived today to troubleshoot AHU #2.  The damaged Low Limit switch was replaced.  Attempts to restart the AHU failed.

- Siemens discovered a electronic valve that had a dead short causing the AHU circuit breaker to continuously trip.  The defective component was replaced and the unit is operating as designed.

November 17, 2017

Weather:  Cool temperatures in the upper 20's this morning warming up to the upper 30's by the afternoon.

General Roofing

- 5 roofers on site

- The perimeter edge metal was started on the Jr. High roof

- Material and equipment was moved off the roof and loaded on trucks.

- Debris and garbage picked up and deposited in the dumpster

- John indicated additional manpower should be on site next week.

Highland Masonry

- 2 masons on site

- Work continued on the HS cafeteria and guidance office brick walls and windows.

- Performed a punchlist walk through of the HS facility.  A list of items was to be corrected was created by CPL.

- Previewed the precast for the Elem. facility.  They will store the precast to be installed for the next day in the Elem. maintenance shop to keep warm.

- They anticipate additional manpower next week.

Willett Builders

- Contractor not on site

- One insulator arrived and finished the work on AHU # 2 and started on AHU #4.
