- Action Roofing's insurance carrier and Underwriter continue to work with Hart's Insurance on the Certificate of Insurance and liability coverage for roofing work.

June 7, 2013

- Action Roofing's insurance carrier and Harts Insurance continue to finalize the insurance requirements so Action Roofing can start work on June 10, 2013.

-Phase 1 capital project review meeting took place at 10:00am in the HS guidance office conference room. 

- Submittals on the roofing products (EPDM, License Certifications, System Certification, Warranty Sample, V-Force SB Primer, V-Force Vapor Barrier Membrane, ISO Stick Insulation Adhesive, Heavy Duty fastener, Dens Deck Prime, ISO 95+ GL Flat and Tapered, Rubbergard .090 platinum, and Single-Ply LVOC Bonding Adhesive) were provided and approved by Clark-Patterson-Lee on June 6, 2013

- Submittals on the flashing details (Lap Splice, Penetration with Q26 Penetration Pocket, termination with Reglet Counterflashing and Termination Bar, Termination at RTU, Penetration with Quickseam Pipe Flashing, Roof Drain, and Expansion Joint) were provided and approved by Clark-Patterson-Lee on June 6, 2013

- Submittal on the Tapered Insulation Layout Drawings for the fascia system were submitted and approved by Clark-Patterson-Lee on June 6, 2013

- Discussions on the June 10, 2013 start date occurred.  The first day on site will consist of dropping off materials and prepping the work site for tear off.
