-The masons are on site today finishing their work on the pool window cutouts. New termination bars are installed behind the brick with a asphalt wrap that will collect condensation behind the wall redirecting the moisture to the weeps. The thru-wall flashing under the pool window cutouts is ongoing.
- Action Roofing finished roofing the area over the 2nd floor mechanical room today. Their plan is to continue on the pool roof, finishing this week. If the weather holds out, they will start the lower roof over the boiler room or cafeteria.

- The masons continued the remainder of their work on the pool window cutouts. The thru-wall flashing was installed along the entire face of the pool wall. The center of each window cutout received new brick to the top of the steel lintel.
- Action Roofing finished off two more rows of EPDM over the pool area. They should have one more day on the pool before moving onto the lower section of the roofing.

Weather: Mostly sunny, with clouds rolling into the area. There was no rain to report with temperatures staying cooler in the low 70's
- The masons finished off the brick work to the window cutouts. A sealant was applied to the steel lintel over the window cutouts.
- A walk through was conducted with the masons considering the majority of their work is completed. The foreman for their company walked the entire roof to identify areas that are punch list related work. A total of 7 locations require remedial work. The foreman agreed with the work and immediately sent manpower to these locations for corrective action.
- A conference call between Clark-Patterson-Lee and I occurred regarding four locations on the drawing calling for vertical joint sealant on the drawings while no vertical joint existed. Clarification was necessary before a punchlist walk through can be coordinated. I met with the mason foreman and explained the results of the conference call. Approximately 4' of vertical control joint needs to be incorporated into the existing auditorium wall. The other locations discussed will be omitted from the bid drawings. All walk through write ups and pictures of the vertical joint concerns were sent to Clark-Patterson-Lee for review.
- Action Roofing completed another two rows of EPDM today. Dust and debris made its way into the pool area which was quickly cleaned up by the maintenance staff. The pool sand filters quickly removed the debris that made its way into the water.
- Action Roofing plans on starting on the lower roof (cafeteria) on Friday. A delivery of ISO, densdeck, EPDM, and adhesives is scheduled for that morning. The parking lot adjacent to the maintenance department has been coordinated to be kept clear during the delivery.
- The HS maintenance staff has been informed of the overhead work that will take place next week over the cafeteria.
