July 20 - July 26

July 21, 2014

- Danforth has run the HW lines to the Elem. nurses office in preparation for the fin tube installation.  A concern was raised by Danforth on the status of the two electrical wall sockets along the exterior wall.  The school nurse was called in to discuss the feasibility of the wall sockets.  The length of the fin tube cabinet will be reduced to ensure one wall socket is kept intact.  An email was sent to CPL updating the change from the original bid documents.  There is no cost for this work.

- Danforth has started their layout in the Elem kitchen in order to replace the two dishwasher booster heaters.

July 22, 2014

- Danforth installed two ball valves in the nurses office along the wall to isolate the fin tube for future maintenance.

- The two heat lines in nurses office were insulated.

- Both existing booster heaters in the Elem kitchen were disconnected.  The new booster heaters were placed adjacent to the dishwashers for connection.

- Bethany was shown the two 100amp breakers to the existing booster heaters.  Both circuits will be removed.  New 20amp circuits will be run to each booster heater.

- Email was sent to Kircher Const. regarding their construction schedule.  Aquatic Coordinator is interested in the dates of work over the summer months.

July 23, 2014

- Several submittals were approved for Danforth on the pool work.

- Spoke with Kircher Const. on the HS 2nd floor insulation work scheduled for July 28th.  The contractor does plan on having air and humidity monitors since both measurements directly affect the cure time for the insulation.

- Kircher requested the windows to 2nd floor rooms be kept open throughout the night to aid in the cure time of product.  There is no problem with request as long as no heavy rain is in the forecast.

- Kircher plans on having mason on site on Friday as well as next week to start pointing the block and brick for the pool area.

- Bethany dropped off a manlift today.  Started running conduit for two cameras in HS gym.
