- Clark-Patterson-Lee requested that I walk the roof and identify old roof curbs or other penetrations that should be removed during the roof project. A drawing was marked up identifying all locations to be eliminated. The roof entrance access over the pool filter room was also identified as being replaced. The district will retain all the ballast currently on the roof over the maintenance wing. This will eliminate paying a contractor to dispose of stone that can easily be discarded along the property line.

- Progress meeting took place with Clark-patterson-Lee, M/E Engineering, and district representatives to discuss design and development progress related to the HS roof and pool unit design.
-Discussion occurred regarding purchasing the pool unit before the roofing work started so unit is available in time for the winter swim season. Decision was to let contractor purchase pool unit due to district liability issues with unit damage and potential warranty disputes since district purchased and stored unit for a period of time.
-Tracy Rozanski discussed time line with swim season. A brief overview of the pool unit work and how it will affect the pool operation was discussed with Tracy. Pool will be drained when pool unit and roof are under construction. Continuing education schedule will be altered to reflect construction schedule.
- Discussed EPDM roof and insulation for HS roof scope. Base bid will incorporate a 30-year EPDM with Polyiso insulation board with a warranty of 110 mph wind speed. As an alternate, the spray foam insulation with fleece back EPDM will be bid. The manufacturer confirmed the spray foam and fleece back installation will meet the 30 year warranty and wind speed requirements the district is looking to achieve.
-The tentative time line for the capital project was discussed. Dates are entered under the Calendar on web site.
-Discussion on the districts need to comply with the new 2012 ADA requirements for the pool renovations occurred. The group felt the scope of work did not classify as significant renovations requiring the facility upgrades listed in the ADA update. Andy with the Wyoming County Health Department was contacted on subject. He confirmed this scope did not require the 2012 ADA updates.
-Efficient Air Systems confirmed that the pool unit's fabrication will take 12-weeks after approved submittals.
