- Trane delivered the new coils scheduled to be replaced at the Elem. Ahu 1 & 2.  Both are stored in the Elem. maintenance garage until Willett Builders arrives for their scope in October.

- Roof scan was conducted on the Elem roof during the evening hours.  Several locations were identified as areas containing wet insulation.  A core cut was also taken at one of the identified areas to ensure their readings were accurate.

Weather: Sunny, cool breeze temperatures in the upper 70's

General Roofing:

- The first deliver of roofing material arrived.  The material was craned onto the gymnasium roof.
- A preliminary delivery schedule for next week was implemented for roofing material.  All district traffic will be placed in the Elem. parking lot next Tuesday and Wednesday to avoid semi traffic.
- The contractor plans on dropping material of starting at the Jr. High side of the facility and progressing around the building. 
- Concerns on lifting material onto the teacher lounge roof was discussed.  Contractor may need to drive on sidewalk to reach this area, possibly causing damage to the area.  Appropriate decking will be placed where ever the cranes wheels are to minimize damage.
