PERRY ROTARY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 2023
The Motto of Rotary is “Service above self”. The Perry Rotary Scholarship is a one- time award of 1st place $1500, 2nd place $1000 and 3rd place $500 to three Perry High School seniors who excel in service to the school and community. The recipients should also exhibit leadership and good character in dealing with others.
The scholarship is open to Perry High School Seniors who have been residents of and who attended for at least two years in the Perry School District in grades 9-12. One year must be the senior year and the winners must attend a two or four year accredited college or university following graduation.
The scholarship recipient will be announced in the spring of 2023. The scholarships of: 1st Place - $1500, 2nd place - $1000, and 3rd place - $500 will be paid to the student upon proof of matriculation in a degree program of an accredited two or four year college or university at the beginning of the second semester of the Freshman year.

Deadline: Completed application with two (2) letters of recommendation must be submitted by Tuesday, March 28, 2023, to Kellie Milhollen in the Counseling Center Office or mailed to Kellie Milhollen, at Perry High School, 33 Watkins Avenue, Perry, New York 14530.
